I told her what I was planning to do and she answered every question and took very good care of me. She also remembered me the next Monday and emailed asking about our experience. “We had a great experience tonight for dinner. Great service and great food, everything was mostly to our satisfaction. The only complaint I had which was very minor and me being a little picky with my noodles. I prefer my spaghetti noodles al dente and these were way over cooked for me. However it was not enough to take away from the flavor and overall experience, thank you all and our waitress who was new and still courteous, prompt and professional. I will definitely come back soon!! We even bought a pizza to go and just tasted it an hour later, awesome margherita pizza.”

“We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the nice weather. The service was great and the food was delicious...hummus appetizer was very good. Burgers were cooked perfect and the fries were excellent. Definitely worth a try, it got very busy by the time we left. We met here on a Saturday at 11am, the place was full by 1pm.

The whitefish with grilled vegetables was excellent. My wife and son loved the pizza. I highly recommend finishing off with the strawberry shortcake.. it was superb. My wife loved the gelato. I’m thinking next time I’ll try the key lime pie.”

“The service here was really great. We were seated rather quickly, even though we came about an hour before closing. The place is decorated similar to a chain restaurant you would normally see. A number of things looked really good on the menu so we got two different types of pizzas, the grilled salmon and the garlic mashed potatoes. Surprisingly, they also had a really good drinks menu. Both pizzas was very tasty but we did prefer the Margarita pizza over plain cheese. The dough is fantastic and very similar to authentic pizza from Naples. Definitely a great find, and will definitely come back again.”

“I came to Napa Flats with family this week for lunch. It’s tucked away in a shopping center, but is a fairly spacious venue. I appreciated that they had a reasonably wide wine menu. THey also had a kids’ menu, which is great for my nephew, who is always looking for chicken tenders everywhere we go. We shared the Napa Queso, which was nice and came with a corn salsa. I ordered the lamb chops and WHOO—they were delicious! Perfectly cooked medium. Exploding with rosemary flavor. I’ve been fortunate enough to enjoy lamb chops at a variety of restaurants the world over, and these were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The dish also came with five lamb chops, so it was a very substantial portion compared to what I’ve grown used to on the east coast. The garlic mashed potatoes were also lovely. Our server was very attentive and was great about helping me avoid cross-contamination given my seafood allergy. It’s been a few days and I’m still thinking about those lamb chops. My cousin who lives nearby comes here often with her husband, and I can see why they enjoy it. Big ups to Napa Flats!”

We had so many of our guests compliment the pizza and want more. They were quick with the pizzas and they never got cold, everyone was able to enjoy hot pizza. Not only do they have pizza but they have a lot of other options when it comes to catering. They were very helpful through the process and figuring out how much food we would need for our guest count. I would definitely recommend them for your next event!”

Their service is supreme, the atmosphere is very relaxing and romantic, their menu is unique, and the food is not only superb, but also presented very well and appealing to the eyes. I highly recommend it, even if it isn’t for that special occasion.
Kid-friendliness: They are welcome, although upscale. There’s an eating section and a separate bar and eating section.

We decided to celebrate Father’s Day and my wife’s birthday together so we had a large crowd. We got in and seated quickly and our waitress was friendly and helpful. We got our drinks and ordered and decided to try two different appetizers; the Palo Alto dip and wood-fired avocados. The overall opinions were the Palo Alto dip was the best. I got Tony’s bow tie pasta which had high reviews. It was good with a little bit of a spicy bite to it. My wife got the citrus chicken which she really enjoyed, I am not a fan of the lemon white wine sauce that was on it but that’s just my taste. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals and we had a great time together. The dessert was Tiramisu cake which we shared among us all. It was a great taste to end our meal. The place was busy but not too loud where we couldn’t hear each other. I look forward to going back.”
